Ryan brings a deep well of high-stakes campaign and legislative experience to Decisive Ground. Having worked his way up from a canvasser to managing some of the most competitive political races in the country, he understands the mechanics of victory at every level.

In Parliament and government, Ryan has worked on major legislative and public policy files, helping shape communications, manage stakeholders, and support coordinated political strategy. He brings experience navigating fast-moving, high-pressure environments where sound judgment, discipline, and clarity are essential.

His campaign experience spans Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. In Canada, he has worked on federal and provincial campaigns across the country, defending battleground seats, flipping long-held conservative ridings, and helping lead high-stakes races from pre-campaign through election day. He has also contributed to major progressive campaigns in the U.S. and the U.K.
